Featured Workshop - Virtual Seminar
We are grateful to PALS for allowing us usage of their seminar Journey Through Grief from October 24, 2020 for our Dia de Los Muertos 2020 Commemoration. The video features a lead-in animation made by Lou Ruiz for Raices Cultura.
About the seminar: Despite the commonly mentioned stages, grief is really more of an individual journey which may be similar to that of others, yet distinctively one's own. This panel discussion addresses some of the many ways in which individuals traverse and negotiate grief.
About PALS: PALS is a volunteer community service to encourage LGBTQ people and allies to plan ahead before a health issue. This seminar is part of our 2020-2021 seminar series.

This year’s event is HYBRID and will take place on November 1, 2020 from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. As a primarily virtual event this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our in-person celebration has been impacted and we have restrictions in place. More information is forthcoming closer to the event date.
